Just a quick heads up that Transthetics products are now also available for purchase in the following countries:
- Israel
- Mexico
- South Africa
- South Korea
Unfortunately there are still a hand full of countries that we cannot ship to, either due to sanctions or our products being illegal in these countries or because the postal service is just too unreliable.
We will monitor the above countries over the coming months and keep our fingers tightly crossed that we will not encounter major shipping issues. If we do, we may need to put some of these countries back on the ‘do not ship’ list, but for the time being, if you are from any of the above countries, it is now possible for you to order Transthetics product.
Can you ship in Singapore?
Unfortunately it is illegal to bring sex toys into the country in Singapore which means customs will just confiscate the product and destroy it. Hence we’ve had to stop shipping to Singapore as the packages just don’t make it though to the buyer.
can you ship to taiwan?
Unfortunately it is illegal to ship “sex toys” into Taiwan, and that’s what they recognise our products to be, and so they keep getting confiscated by customs. I’m so sorry to be the bearer of bad news :(

Is it possible to ship to South Korea now?
Yes, we ship to South Korea.
Do you ship to Portugal?
Unfortunately not. We’ve had too many issues with not being able to get product in to Portugal due to their very burdensome bureaucracy around international shipments. I’m sorry!
Do you ship to the Philippines?
Unfortunately not, as any product deemed by customs to be “sex toys” get confiscated :(
