Packaging and Shipping
Q: Does anything on the packaging indicate that there is a penile prosthetic inside?
A: No, the packaging doesn’t mention Transthetics anywhere, and if you are outside the US, the customs declaration states “soft toy”
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Within the US, it’s $10US. Outside of the US it’s $25US. Order over $250 ship free.
Q: How long will it take to receive my package
A: It depends on the dispatch time stated on the product page. I update estimated dispatch times as orders are taken, which can be anywhere from within a week to up to five weeks. Once your item is dispatched, I will send you a confirmation email letting you know it’s in the post, as well as a tracking number. Estimated postage time is 3 to 5 days within the US and 2 to 4 weeks internationally.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to almost all countries with a few exceptions if we’ve had too many packages go missing, have trade restrictions or if local laws prohibit the import of “sex toys”. Some countries we cannot ship to are China, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Vietnam. We’ve recently extended shipping to include these countries.
Financial Statements
Q: Will “Transthetics” appear on my financial statement?
A: No. Your financial statement will show “Just Creations Inc.”
Color Matching
Q: How do I know which of the three standard colors is right for me?
A: The standard light tone is on the neutral to slightly olive scale which means it is well suited to most caucasians as even if you are quite fair, it’s not uncommon for the penis to be a slightly darker tone. Though most caucasians are happy with this skin tone, I cannot guarantee that you will. The medium is best suited to asian, southern europeans or latino complexions, and the dark for african skin tones.
Cleaning
Q: How do I clean my prosthetic?
A: Very easily. It is recommended that if practical, you flush some water through it directly after use, and once a day give it a wash with (ideally PH balancing) soap. Do not use soaps containing essential oils such as tea tree oils, eucalyptus oils etc. You don’t need to powder your prosthetic, but if you like, you can give it a light dusting of corn starch or talcum powder. If you are prone to yeast infections, do NOT use corn starch as this can encourage yeast growth.
Refunds and Returns
Q: If the color I’ve chosen isn’t right for me, can I return it?
A: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges
Q: If there is a problem with the product, can I return/exchange it?
A: If the product is defective in any way upon receipt, then absolutely! However if the product is not defective, I do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Warranty
Q: Is there a warranty on products?
A: Yes, if a product is defective, there is a 90 day warranty on products to either repair or replace the defective item.
Wearability
Q: Can I wear my product 24/7?
A: I really wouldn’t recommend it. Though it is skin safe silicone, give your skin a break. They say you shouldn’t wear synthetic underwear as it increases your likelihood of things like thrush etc and you just don’t want to temp fate like that by wearing it constantly.
Materials
Q: What materials is it made of?
A: All prosthetics are made from a high quality, skin safe and very life like, prosthetics grade silicone.

Q: I see you have some other products in the pipeline that are not yet available. How can I be kept up to date on when these products are released?
