Firstly, here’s wishing you all a happy new year!
Hoping everyone had a great holiday and is feeling full of optimism for the brand new year ahead!
So, how did the rest of the year play out as far as progress on the Bionic goes?
Well, the exciting news is that it’s actually looking like we’re going to have two Bionics. The Bionic Basic and Bionic Deluxe. The basic will be a hydraulically actuated device that will be completely manual. It will be activated through a discreet push on the side of the shaft to open a valve that will allow fluid to flow from the testicles into the shaft. The Bionic Deluxe will have the same look and shape, but will be electronically actuated through a variety of input sensors. At this stage, we don’t know if we will be able to implement all of them by next year, but that’s ultimately the goal.
The input options being explored are: An insertable remote control that can activate erect and flaccid states through pelvic floor muscle contractions, a handheld version of this remote for those that don’t want to insert or don’t have strong enough pelvic floor muscles, and we are also looking at a touch-sensitive shaft that responds to stroking. Lastly we are also exploring pairing it with a fitness tracker that will read an increase in heart rate to actuate an erection. (But don’t worry, there will be an override “off” switch so you don’t get a woody when going for a jog.)
It’s all very exciting progress so far!
