So it’s almost here!
To get a sneak peek of the Rod in situ, check out this video, though this one’s definitely not safe for work. In a nutshell, this is a prosthetic penile extension for transgender men (and natal men with a micro penis.)
It functions as a stand to pee packer for trans men who have had urethral lengthening (and natal men), but is also suitable for trans men who have not had any lower surgery at all, but in this instance is more for visual reasons eg shower rooms etc.
I’ll be keeping everyone posted on launch date through the mailing list, but expect about a month until it’s finally available.
hey Alex
I was just wondering if you could make an uncut version of the rod?
I have about 1in growth from T and would like to purchase this product I just find that I prefer an uncut version.
Thanks
Yes, eventually I will make an uncut version of the Rod too :)
Hi Alex,
I’m wondering if it possible to have a sportive lifestyle with wearing The Rod. I like to play soccer, fitness and ride my bike a lot. Usually I like to sport at least 5 times a week.
Just had the meta surgery and my decision to do that was also to use The Rod after for extra length and a way to stand-to-pee.
I’m kinda tired to figure out for every situation what to use for packing (before my surgery) and what sticks on.
I really hope that I don’t have to think about that with my surgery now and using The Rod.
Can you please give me some advice for this?
I’d like to hear from you! :)
Thanks, Lenn

Realistically, the Rod will come off with vigorous exercise such as running etc, but as long as you’re wearing briefs, this shouldn’t be an issue as they will hold it in place, but you would then need to reattach it prior to use as a stp.
Hey! Wondering if the rod can be used for play as well as just packing for guys without bottom surgery. I know that the hot rod is available now but I was looking for something shorter. Thanks(:
It can definitely be used for play as a masturbation device (essentially as a sleeve) but it wouldn’t be great for penetration as it’s quite small.
Good to know. Thank you!
Hi! I was wondering how I could maybe make the rod a bit more comfortable to wear? I’ve been having some trouble with it after having just enough growth to wear it. I don’t know if maybe I’m too girthy to wear it? I know it’s not any allergies to the materials. But it feels a little tight after maybe half an hour. I was curious to know if you have any tips. Thanks!
Check out this video on how to trim the rings https://youtu.be/CwihUy_TEQE but be aware that there’s no guarantee it will work and may make the Rod too loose. In any case, if you do decide to trim, make sure you trim the INNER RING first. The outer ring is what does most of the work in terms of keeping it attached, so trimming the outer ring will in most instances mean the Rod will no longer be able to grab on.
So is this able to work for bottom growth alone or only for post op bottom growth meta dick? I have about 1 inch + bottom growth , but mine is very much tethered down . I’m a big guy and mine isn’t as exposed , it’s rather tucked away in the labia and tethered down by the labia minora … so he’s only stands at attention while hard .
Hi AJ, you don’t need to have had meta, but you do need to have enough bottom growth and if yours is tucked away, it may not be enough. Generally I recommend an inch and a half of bottom growth.
